WK024 – Merge to the Right

All signs are manufactured in accordance with Chapter 8 of the Traffic Signs Manual Ireland, which outlines the standards in temporary traffic management in Ireland. All Chapter 8 roadworks signs are to be RA2 face material. The chapter specifies the requirements for the use of temporary traffic control measures, such as signs, barriers and cones, in roadworks and other temporary traffic management situations. Merge to the Right: this sign should be used to inform the road user they will be required to merge to the right ahead. This sign should have a Supplementary Plate P 001 stating the distance to the merge point.
